Photography, model, lighting all excellent. As it is it is perfect but even perfection can be played with altering it into something new. If I was to make a critique (not feeling up to it) I'd say playing around with an extra element might bring more of a story to the photo. Having a subtle, hinted at story behind the shot can add intrigue and make the viewer think a bit. A very small red rose bud or a rolled up note would cause the viewer to wonder what was going on, what was in her mind or heart, what is she contimplating.
